Director of Development
Summary of Duties:
Responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing Fund Development, major donor engagement strategies, and Marketing Plan for the agency. Will assume the duties of the
Executive Director in their absence. Provide oversight to the management and profitability of Vintage Values Resale Shops.
Qualifications:
A four-year degree in Business, Social Work or related field is preferred. Experience in the non-profit sector, including business, program, operations, grants, supervision, and fiscal management is required. A proven record of accomplishments must be submitted.
Requires experience in management, budget development and implementation, fundraising, grant writing, public relations and communications. Must possess interpersonal skills, written and
verbal communication skills, supervisory ability, organizational skills and leadership ability. Must be able to work independently, assume professional responsibility for planning, management and outcomes, and make independent decisions. Must be able to manage details, employ flexibility, and meet deadlines. Must be sensitive to the issue of domestic violence and have a commitment to the mission of the agency.

Position Type: Exempt, Full-Time
Salary/Benefits/Schedule:
Salary rate: $64,080 annually. Current benefits include Health, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance, Pension Plan and Paid Leave. The schedule is mostly Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm, with flexibility required for other hours, including some evening or weekend hours.

Part–Time Sales Associate – Vintage Values Resale Shops
Qualifications:
Requires an organized individual sensitive to the issue of domestic violence. Applicants must have the ability to work with staff and be able to work under pressure. Other qualifications include an understanding of, and agreement with, the philosophy and mission of the agency, as well as Vintage Values Resale Shops.
We hire upon life experiences, work experiences, professional training and/or education.
Summary of Duties:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting all aspects of daily operations as needed, including customer service, donation processing, merchandise stocking, and checkout functions such as operating the cash register and handling transactions. This role also involves assisting with the upkeep of the facility and maintaining accurate records in a timely manner. Additionally, the position is responsible
for training and supervising volunteers in accordance with established policies and procedures.
29-hour work week must be flexible, available to work Saturdays and cover at other locations. The payrate for this position is 14.00/hr.
